2. General Terms & Scope

Browsing, using, and making purchases on our online store is governed by these Terms & Conditions, which comply fully with Greek and European consumer protection legislation (Greek Law 2251/1994 as amended and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unreservedly agree to all terms and policies stated herein.

3. Products & Stock Availability

All items available in the boutique are official REA FC merchandise. Product pages display key attributes, available sizes, and stock availability statuses:

  • In Stock: The product or selected size is immediately available in our warehouse and dispatched promptly.
  • On Order: The product or selected size is produced or fulfilled on order.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) andinclude statutory Greek Value Added Tax (VAT 24%). Shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown in your shopping cart and at checkout prior to placing your order.

5. Ordering & Invoicing

To place an order, select your desired items and sizes and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you may choose your preferred billing document:

  • Retail Receipt: Issued automatically for retail consumers.
  • Commercial Invoice: Issued for businesses and freelance professionals upon entering required tax credentials (Company Name, VAT ID, Tax Office, Profession).

Once your order is successfully submitted, an automated confirmation email is immediately sent containing your unique order number and order details.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Card Payment (Viva.com): We accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Transactions are processed securely through Viva.com with SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. No sensitive payment credentials are stored on our servers.
  • Store Pickup: Free of shipping charges, with collection and payment (cash or card) directly at our physical store (Leoforos Kountourioti 14, Rethymno).

7. Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are delivered via trusted courier services:

  • Greece — In Stock: Delivery in 1-3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Greece — On Order: Delivery in 8-10 business days.
  • International & Cyprus: Delivery times depend on the destination country and courier logistics.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (14 Days)

Under Article 3e of Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase without justification within 14 calendar daysfrom the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all manufacturer tags intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by the proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice).

Upon verification of the returned goods, refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method employed during checkout.

9. Faulty or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at aorea.office@gmail.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute shall be amicably resolved where possible. Consumers within the European Union may also utilize the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rethymno, Greece.
