REA will
complete its competitive obligations for this season on Sunday, May 17 at
12:00, hosting Asteras Tripolis at Sochora Stadium for the final round of the
Women’s A Division Championship.
Team
captain Maria Kelaidi spoke about the importance of the match, stressing that
REA’s goal is to combine a good performance with a victory and end the season
on a positive note in front of the team’s supporters.
“*The
final match against Asteras Tripolis at our home ground is a very important
game for us. Our goal is to finish the season with a good performance and, of
course, with a victory, in order to reward the effort we made throughout the
year and give smiles to the fans who support us.*
*To get
the positive result, we must show passion, concentration, and teamwork from the
first until the final minute. We know it will be a difficult match, but I
strongly believe in our team and our abilities.*
*This
season leaves us with mixed feelings. There were moments when we showed a very
good image and others that we would have liked to manage better. Nevertheless,
we keep the experience, the work that was done, and the desire to come back
even stronger next season*.”
