REA head coach Stelios
Kozanidis shared his perspective ahead of the crucial Greek Cup clash. The
Greek coach focused on the difficulty of the matches, the importance of
believing in qualification, and the role the fans’ presence at the stadium can
play, underlining the need to support the team in a demanding and highly
competitive process.
“*We
know that a very difficult match awaits us. Since qualification will be decided
over two games, the details will play a decisive role. The important thing for
us is to show on the pitch that we believe in qualification. Both last year and
this year we have faced very strong teams in the Cup, but we have the quality
and the ability to fight for the ‘ticket’, and that is exactly what we will try
to show 100% on the field.*
*We
want the fans to come to the stadium and watch two very good teams. The city
must embrace our team and support the girls’ effort, because with the fans’
help, our players’ confidence will be even greater*”.
