REA are
travelling today to Tripoli, where on Wednesday (13:30) they will face the
local side Asteras Tripolis in the second leg of the Greek Women’s Cup
quarter-finals.
Our team
will defend the 1–0 advantage from the first leg, aiming to qualify for the semi-finals
for a second consecutive season. As underlined by head coach Stelios Kozanidis,
REA will fight for qualification with confidence and belief being the key
elements. “*We have a good result from the first match, but that doesn’t mean
anything, as we still have a very difficult game ahead of us. From our side, we
will do everything possible to secure qualification. It is a very important
match, as it gives the ticket to the final four of the Cup, where the ties are
also played over two legs.*
*The key
to the quarter-final match in Tripoli will be to step onto the pitch with
confidence and belief in our qualification*”.
